A corn syrup solid containing 75 percent dietary fiber, Fibersol®-DLQ soluble corn fiber has been specifically designed for products where a fiber claim is desired, but a higher percentage of fiber is not required. Fibersol®-DLQ can easily be used in a wide variety of food applications with minimal formulation adjustments.

Free flowing and readily dispersible, Fibersol®-DLQ is especially useful where a fiber claim is desired, but a higher percentage of fiber is not required, in applications such as: baked goods and snacks including nutritional bars, fiber supplements and enrichments, beverages, breakfast cereals, dry mixes, and more.
A bakery customer wanted an “excellent source of fiber” claim, without changing the essence of their better-for-you bakery products that consumers knew and loved.
