Fibersol®-2L is a liquid version of Fibersol®-2 that is easily incorporated into formulations and is especially beneficial in reduced sugar formulations, delivering only 1.17 kcal per gram and containing very few simple sugars. Fibersol®-2L is an ideal solution for lower-calorie ‘no sugar added’ products because it improves mouthfeel and flavor profiles where zero-calorie sweeteners replace nutritive sweeteners, while maintaining calorie and sugar reductions.
