Fibersol-LQ corn syrup is a soluble dietary fiber. Fibersol-LQ is multifunctional and can be used in countless applications. It can be incorporated into all types of beverages, processed foods, cultured dairy products, frozen dairy desserts, confections, dietary supplements and much more. This calculator has been established to help determine how to formulate with Fibersol-LQ in order to achieve a specified fiber content.
There are a few key parameters that are needed in order to calculate the use of Fibersol-LQ into a formulation. The parameters needed are as follows: amount of fiber to be achieved, serving size of product, and the amount of fiber currently in the product.
